Went to Games Convention Asia 2008 on Saturday after playing some VF5 practice games with Danny and Sock at Parklane, Big O lan shop.

This year, visitors have to register in order to enter… I kinda hate it but it happens for Tokyo Games Show as well.

There are more visitors, more booths, more shows during the event. GCA2008 is still far from the standards of overseas gaming convention shows. After seeing Tokyo Games Show for 2 years, I cant help feeling there isnt enough booth babes here!!! Not enough games that are pre launched. I only saw Mirror Edge that gave me a spark of interest.

Other than that, I saw a bunch of singaporeans exercising their “Kiasu spirit”. Queuing for free Panda Heads

I saw alot of familiar faces such as staff from Rapture Gaming, Marketing guys from Infocomm Asia Holdings, Xtreme from Singapore Sword, etc.
